Sandra Lee “Sandi” Kobs

Junior Associate

Born and raised in Texas, Sandi has called Houston home for most of her life. She earned her undergraduate degree from Houston Baptist University before pursuing her legal education at South Texas College of Law.

Following her first year of law school, Sandi joined Abraham Watkins as a law clerk, working for Partner Mo Aziz. During her time as a law clerk, Sandi gained experience in case development and litigation strategy. This experience provided her with a strong foundation in litigation and a practical understanding of the strategic and procedural considerations involved in advocating for clients.

Sandi is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing her to communicate directly with Spanish-speaking clients and their families throughout the legal process. She recognizes that clear communication is essential to building trust and ensuring that clients feel informed, heard, and supported. Her bilingual ability allows her to foster meaningful attorney-client relationships and provide more accessible, personalized representation to the diverse communities she serves.

Known for her client-focused approach, attention to detail, and commitment to advocacy, Sandi strives to provide each client with the level of preparation, communication, and representation that complex litigation demands. She understands that behind every case is a person or family whose life has been affected, and she works diligently to ensure that her clients’ interests are represented with care, professionalism, and determination.
