Brandon C. Francis is a trial attorney who represents individuals and families in catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, commercial trucking, premises liability, maritime, and other complex negligence cases. Since being licensed in Texas in 2019, he has dedicated his practice to helping injured clients navigate the legal system and holding negligent individuals, corporations, and insurers accountable.

Before becoming an attorney, Brandon served as an Airborne Infantryman with the U.S. Army’s 82nd Airborne Division and deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. His military service instilled the discipline, resilience, and determination that continue to shape his approach to litigation. He later worked as a medical radiologic technologist before earning his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude, and his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law.

Raised in Amarillo, Texas, in a hardworking blue-collar family, Brandon learned the importance of integrity, perseverance, and serving others from an early age. He understands the financial and emotional challenges serious injuries place on individuals and families and is committed to providing compassionate, responsive, and aggressive representation throughout every stage of a case.

Outside the courtroom, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and their four sons, who keep the family busy with year-round sports and activities. Whether in the courtroom or at home, he believes that preparation, commitment, and hard work are the foundation of success and strives to bring those principles to every client he represents.
