Kimberley M. Spurlock

Kimberley M. Spurlock (“Kim”) was born in Houston, Texas and raised in Humble, Texas. She attended Humble High School and played on the varsity women’s golf team. Kim graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1997 with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Business. She then attended South Texas College of Law, graduating Cum Laude in 2001, ranking #13 in her class of over 240 graduates.  She is a member of The College of the State Bar, The Houston Trial Lawyers Association, and The Texas Trial Lawyers Association.  Kim earned her Board Certification in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2009, and has been re-certified in this specialty area each year since 2009.

Kim opened her own law firm in 2003 and has handled thousands of cases including personal injury matters on the plaintiff and defense side, wrongful death matters, industrial accidents, and a variety of other civil litigation and personal injury matters.  Kim has tried well over fifty jury trials in courtrooms throughout Texas.  She has focused her practice on plaintiff personal injury work, representing individuals who have suffered injuries due to the negligence of others, using her extensive training and trial experience to obtain large settlements and verdicts on behalf of her clients.   Kim joined the firm as Of Counsel in 2024, bringing over twenty years of litigation and personal injury experience.

Kim lives in Atascocita, Texas with her husband, Jimmy Spurlock. She enjoys playing golf and traveling.
