Zach Tohen is an associate at Abraham Watkins, where he represents plaintiffs in cases involving catastrophic personal injury, trucking and motor vehicle collisions, product defects, and wrongful death. He joined the firm in 2026 after spending the first nine years of his legal career on the defense side, giving him a strategic advantage in anticipating defense tactics and identifying weaknesses in opposing cases.

Zach has tried dozens of cases, including bench trials to judgment and jury trials to verdict. He is known for his aggressive advocacy and disciplined preparation, approaching every case with a trial-ready mindset so he can negotiate from a position of strength and maximize results for his clients.
