Nixit M. Dharia was born in Houston, Texas to two immigrant parents who instilled in him the values of honesty, integrity, and helping others. He attended Texas A&M, where he received his B.S. in Political Science in 2016. He earned his JD from South Texas College of Law in 2020. Prior to joining Abraham Watkins, Nixit honed his litigation skills through internships and working at a personal injury firm, civil litigation firm, and the District Court.
Since joining Abraham Watkins, Nixit has worked on a diverse range of cases, including motor vehicle accidents, chemical plant leaks and explosions, apartment fires, wrongful death, and slip-and-fall incidents. Nixit participated in a notable case involving a chemical plant leak alongside Managing Partner Benny Agosto, Jr. and Lena Laurenzo.
Nixit’s background and experience makes him a formidable advocate for his clients. Driven by a passion for justice, Nixit strives to hold those responsible for causing harm accountable and to provide a voice for those who may feel voiceless, tailoring his approach to fit each individual case. Nixit is committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for his clients while embracing the dynamic nature of the legal landscape.
In his free time, Nixit enjoys watching sports, playing basketball and baseball, traveling, and spending time with his family. His favorite teams include the Astros, Rockets, Texans and Chelsea FC. Along with also being fluent in Gujarati, Nixit is also an avid sneaker collector and has an extensive collection.
