This firm provided legal assistance to a whole community and were patient, diligent and meticulous in their approach and professionalism. Crystal Cavazos among all of them was exceptional and an A-Player. She was at the forefront of all of this and has handled nearly a thousand customers affected by a major disaster, and her responses were prompt, professional and courteous. While I do not know how much work went in the background but my rating heavily depended on Crystal’s interaction with the community. Great job. No one wants to have to deal with legal battles, but if I ever need to deal with one, I am sure I will go back to Abraham, Watkins et al.
